Casa Calmas Rules

GENERAL POLICIES

The person or persons mentioned on the registration form is considered a guest of Casa Calma Yoga Guesthouse only and exclusively. No other person except those registered will be able to spend the night in the room.

The guest must declare the exact number of people who will use the room; and if applicable, pay the corresponding amount for the extra person.

During the check-in process, the guest is required to provide official identification if requested. You must also provide a telephone number and email so that you can be contacted if necessary.

Once the guest is registered, the same Cancellation and Refund Policies in force in this company will apply to them and are available to the public on our website: https://www.casacalma.me

If the key is lost, Casa Calma will charge 10 euros to replace the key.

If guests need to, they may leave their luggage in safekeeping before check-in by requesting it from the reception area. If the guest wants to leave any valuable item in their luggage, they must notify reception at that same moment. The accommodation is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to the guest's luggage during its storage or for objects or cash found inside it.

The guest will be 100% responsible for covering the cost of special washing or even the cost of replacing sheets, towels, bedspreads or any other item in the room that is stained with blood, ink, shoe paint, hair dye, etc The amount to be paid is entirely at the discretion of the accommodation.

The guest must maintain respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests at all times, always trying to keep the volume of their conversations moderate so as not to disturb the rest of others.

The guest will refrain from using sound players, speaking loudly, or carrying out any activity that disturbs the tranquility of other guests.

Guests accompanied by children must ensure at all times that the latter do not disturb the rest of other guests with shouting, playing, running, inside or outside the rooms; especially early in the morning or during the night.

The guest will be responsible for covering the cost of repairing or replacing any object, furniture or property of the accommodation that has been totally or partially damaged by him, whether through carelessness or intentionally. The amount will be entirely at the discretion of the accommodation.

Any damage inside the guest's room must be reported immediately since, if not done so, the guest could be held responsible for the damage.

The accommodation is not responsible for the loss of valuables, documents or cash inside the rooms.

The guest must also immediately report any missing towels, toilet paper or amenities inside their room. Otherwise, it will be assumed that everything was in order when taking possession of the room and the guest will be responsible for any missing items at the time of Check Out.

Check Out time is at 11:00 a.m., with a tolerance margin of 20 minutes as long as the Reception has been notified and the relevant authorization is available. However, and with reservations already scheduled for that specific date, the accommodation reserves the right to enter the guest's room and collect the guest's belongings, leaving everything in the custody of the company. In this way the company will be able to proceed to have the room available for sale.

The accommodation is not responsible for objects left in public areas of the hotel, nor for items left inside the rooms after Check Out.

Prohibitions and consequences for non-compliance

The accommodation reserves the right of admission. This includes people who are under the influence of narcotic or alcoholic substances. Or any other feature that presents any type of risk to other guests or employees of the accommodation.

Introducing enervating substances into the room will be immediately reported to the corresponding authority.

Guests who wish to bring alcoholic beverages into the accommodation facilities must have authorization from the administration. Failure to comply with this provision could result in the cancellation of the Hosting contract without the right to a refund.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the rooms, lobby and hallways of the accommodation, with the exception of the area designated for this purpose, which in this case is the terrace. Failure to comply with this provision will result in a fine established in accordance with the Ministry's standards.

Regardless of the fine established by the authorities, the guest will also be entitled to an additional charge for laundry and dry cleaning of curtains, bedspreads, blankets, etc. which will be completely at the discretion of the accommodation.

In the event that the guest fails to comply with any of the points indicated in these regulations, the company reserves the right to terminate the lodging contract. In this case, the guest will not be eligible to receive any refund.

Access with pets of any kind is not allowed.

The guest agrees to return the objects that have been lent to him in the same conditions in which they were delivered. Or failing that, to cover the cost of its repair or replacement. The amount is at the discretion of the accommodation.

Guests have 30 days from their Check Out to claim any object left in the accommodation facilities. Once the term has passed, the objects will be transferred to the recycling area or destroyed.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

All cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance to avoid incurring a charge.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will incur a 100% charge on the first night of stay.

Same day cancellations or no-show reservations will be charged 100% of the entire stay.

The arrival date begins at 12:01 AM and is a reference for the 72 hour period.

 

REGISTRATION POLICIES

All guests at the time of check-in must identify themselves and verify the reservation for that day.

If an invoice is required, tax details must be provided and an invoice will be processed upon departure once the nights are charged.

Payment for the reservation must be made at the time of check-in or leave an open voucher for at least the total amount of your reservation. Every night's lodging must be covered before enjoying the service.
